What is your return policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature of products that we sell we are unable to accept the return of cigars. However if any accessories arrived damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please note all cigars and accessories are inspected before being sent out.
How long until I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
We are unable to provide tracking for each order but your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Where are products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Will my order be left unattended at the postal address?
Due to the nature of the products we sell all orders will have to be signed for on delivery. If no one is at the postal address the package will be taken to a post office for collection.
Are our cigars hand rolled?
Yes our cigars are hand rolled in Nicaragua.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately we only operate online but rest assured your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
